Highspot’s Annual Party Invitation - Highspot, Sr Visual Design
Highspot held their annual holiday party around the end of their fiscal year, and this year they decided to have a dress-up themed party, the 80s! I was the sole designer on this project, and I had full design freedom. I wanted to test the Illustrator Draw app on the iPad for the graffiti on the front of the invite card, and use a very recognizable video game for the info on the back with the classic Illustrator. There were two versions, an electronic version to be able to RSVP with, and printed versions as souvenirs.
Annual Fall Special Menu “Burgerama” - The Ram, Graphic Designer
Every year, The Ram created a limited-time menu all around fun and different burgers and sandwiches. During my time at The Ram, I created all seasonal menus and bar menus for their restaurants. On top of designing the menu, I was also given the privilege to fly to Boise with our Lead Chef to watch the styling process and help direct the photos. When some photos had to be re-shot or done in house, I took the shots myself. I tried to touch the photos as minimally as possible in Photoshop, added them to the menu, and sent the order off to the printer. This was always my favorite menu to design for every year because of the additional creativity I was given.
When I Grow Up booklets - Redeemer’s Church, Media Arts Assistant
Redeemer’s Church had a Mission project they put much of their focus on, called When I Grow Up. The Mission was designed for the children of the world, starting in Haiti, Mexico, Guatemala and Kenya; providing love, food, medical assistance, education, safety, and leadership training.
The booklets and brochures where given to any visiting person, to provide information on this special Mission and different ways in which they could help. There was also critical information on Redeemer's goals, how donations positively affected the children & communities, and profile information on some of the special children in the program.
